  • What are the show dates and opening hours?

    The Expo hall will be open on the following times
    Wednesday November 20, 2019 - 09:00-18:00
    Thursday November 21, 2019 - 09:00-17:00

    Conference and Keynote program will start from 8:00 am on both days, so visitors with Full Conference and Expo + Keynote pass will have early access.

    What does it cost for me to register as a visitor at the show?

    What is included in my visitor pass?

    Each pass allows different levels of access to the event. Please see full details here.
    We advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes before conference sessions are due to begin, to ensure that you get a seat in the theatres.

    How do I pre-register for workshops with limited space?

    There is an option to indicate your interest for each workshop when registering for Infosecurity ISACA North America 2019, you will receive an email closer to the time of the event with further joining instructions.

    Will I be able to print off my visitor badge at the venue?

    We have PC screen terminals for you to print off your badge at the venue. You will need to enter in your registration code or details and our system will be able to recognize these details if you pre-registered with us.

    Can I bring my child with me to Infosecurity ISACA North America 2019?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 18.

    Will there be Wi-Fi inside the exhibition halls?

    The exhibition hall is Wi-Fi enabled but due to the high volume of people the connection is not always reliable.

    How do I navigate my way around the exhibition?

    The Infosecurity ISACA North America show guide will have a floorplan. This will be available to pick up onsite and on our website during the event.

    How do I access My Event?

    Once they My Event portal is active you will receive log in details. Go to the website homepage and click on 'login' in the top right hand corner and then enter your login details. If you have not received these details then click on 'activate your account/reset password' and these details will be sent to you in an email.

    Are there any group discount available?

    ISACA offers discounts to organizations sending 4 or more employees to a single conference. Group registrations must be processed in a single registration transaction. Please contact the ISACA Conference department for more details at +1.847.660.5505 or www.support.isaca.org; cannot be combined with any other registration discount offerings.

    Do government employees receive discount?

    ISACA offers a $350 conference registration discount to government employees. Please contact the ISACA Conference department for more details and eligibility verification at +1.847.660.5505 or www.support.isaca.org; cannot be combined with any other registration discount offerings.

    Are there any academic and student discount available

    ISACA offers a $350 discount to academic institution employees and students. Please note that you must be an ISACA Student member in order to receive the student discount; additional membership and qualification details can be found here. For additional registration details and eligibility verification, please contact ISACA’s Conference Department at +1.847.660.5505 or www.support.isaca.org; cannot be combined with any other registration discount offerings.

    Will there be volunteer opportunities at Infosecurity ISACA North America?

    We will have limited volunteer opportunities at this inaugural event. We rely upon the support of volunteers to facilitate smooth conference operations and an incredible attendee experience. We are currently building out the positions and will post the opportunities to the website in June. Volunteers receive a discount on conference registration in exchange for at least one shift. Those who do not sign into their shift will be charged the regular conference rate.

    What time can I enter the exhibition hall on the show opening days?

    Exhibitors will be able to enter the halls from 08:00 - 19:00 on show days.

    How do I access the Exhibitor Portal?

    Go to the website homepage and click on 'login' in the top right hand corner and then enter your login details. If you have not received these details then click on 'activate your account/reset password' and these details will be sent to you in an email.

    When will the Exhibitor Manual go live and how can I access it?

    The online manual that contains important deadline dates will ONLY be available to main stand holders who have signed and returned their contract. The manual is in the Exhibitor Portal and it is very important that you grant access to the individual(s) responsible for managing your participation. Your unique access details can only be issued to agents and/or contractors on receipt of written authority from you.

    How do I register my sharers?

    As Reed Exhibitions and Infosecurity ISACA North America only have a contractual relationship with main stand holders, the sharer fee will from now on be charged to main stand holder companies - not sharing companies. Sharers wishing to pay for their own registration fee should make payment arrangements directly with the main stand holder. The main stand holder will be able to register each sharer via the Exhibitor Portal after having informed the Infosecurity team of the exact number of sharers required.

    How do I book a meeting room at the show?

    Is there Wi-Fi inside the hall?

    Yes, but it is highly recommended that you order a hard-wire internet connection for your stand via the Exhibitor Manual, as the Wi-Fi is public and only strong enough to send and receive emails.

    Is there a cloakroom at the show where I can leave my bag?

    Yes, we will be providing a cloakroom at the show for you to store your belongings and this will be located near the main entrance.

    I have a question about my exhibitor badge, who do I contact?
